1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Cardrefill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Digital Goods — No Refunds

All gift cards sold on Cardrefill are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a gift card code has been delivered to your email, the transaction is final and non-refundable. If you receive an invalid or non-working code, contact us immediately with proof and we will investigate.

3. Crypto Payments

All payments are made in cryptocurrency. Exchange rates are locked at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for price fluctuations between order creation and payment confirmation. Overpayments and underpayments may result in order delays or cancellations.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Cardrefill to purchase gift cards for resale, fraudulent activity, or any purpose that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to cancel orders and ban accounts that violate this policy.

5. Availability

Gift card availability and denominations may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific product will be available at any given time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cardrefill is not responsible for how third-party gift cards are used, any losses arising from expired codes, or issues caused by the issuing brand. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect only your email address, which is required to deliver your gift card. We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or any payment credentials.

2. How We Use Your Email

Your email is used solely to deliver your gift card code and send your order confirmation. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

3. No Data Selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.

4. Crypto Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on-chain and are subject to the public nature of the relevant blockchain. We do not store or log wallet addresses beyond what is necessary for order processing.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies required to keep the site functional (e.g., dark mode preference). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

Order records including your email and the delivered code are retained for up to 90 days for support purposes, then permanently deleted.
